Dish Name :Cream Of Asparagus
Cream of asparagus - soup prepared with asparagus, stock and milk / cream as primary ingredients. Cream of asparagus soup can be served hot or cold.
Ingredients for 3 litres
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until golden brown.
- Add chopped asparagus, parsley and cook till soft. Blend the mixture and pass through a sieve.
- Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Add seasoning.
- Adjust consistency with cream and butter.
- Garnish with asparagus sprig.
