Ingredients for 2 Kg dough

Qty Unit Description
1 Kg Refined flour
0.04 Kg Yeast
0.02 Kg Salt
0.01 Kg Bread improver
0.9 Ltr Water

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together properly
  • The dough should be batter like in consistency
  • Using Scrapper put the dough over a floured tray and allow it to rest
  • Spread the dough on the tray and let it proof. Now sprinkle flour and fold over the dough and proof again. Repeat this process at least 4 times very carefully and allow it to prove
  • After some time, cut the bread into pieces and put it another tray
  • Rest it for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with flour
  • Bake at 250ÂșC for 40 minutes initially with steam
