0.500 KG eggs
0.200 KG Flour
0.050 KG cocoa powder
0.250 KG Sugar

Method

  • Beat the eggs and the sugar together till fluffy.
  • Sift flour, coca powder, and fold them into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into greased or lined moulds and bake at 200° C.
