0.06 KG Garlic
0.3 KG Butter
0.02 KG Parsley
2 LTS Chicken Stock
0.1 KG Refined Flour
0.5 LTS White wine

Method:

  • In a pan melt butter, add chopped onion sautee till translucent and then add chopped garlic
  • Sear the chicken pieces
  • Add white wine and simmer with stock
  • Stew on the hot plate for 40 minutes. The vessel should be covered
  • Check seasoning and complete the dish with chopped parsley
