Dish Name : Cashew nut chocolate brownie
Ingredients for 2 kg Brownie
- Whip eggs and sugar on a double boiler.
- Melt chocolate and butter and keep aside to cool
- Sift flour and cocoa powder and mix cashew nuts. Fold this into the egg mixture and then fold in the butter mix
- Line the mold and bake at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Take out and cool.
