0.3 KG Eggs
0.6 KG castor sugar
0.25 KG butter
0.3 KG Dark chocolate
0.4 KG Cashewnut
0.075 KG cocoa
0.25 KG flour


  • Whip eggs and sugar on a double boiler.
  • Melt chocolate and butter and keep aside to cool
  • Sift flour and cocoa powder and mix cashew nuts. Fold this into the egg mixture and then fold in the butter mix
  • Line the mold and bake at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Take out and cool.
