Dish Name : Braised beef
Ingredients for 2 kg
- Marinate the beef with oil, salt and crushed pepper.
- Tie the meat with the string so as to retain the shape.
- Sear the meat on the hot plate.
- Saute mirepoix in butter and put the seared meat in it.
- Cover the pan and cook in the oven for 45 min at 200 degree Celsius.
- Remove the meat and strain the sauce in another pan.
- Reduce the sauce, season it and pour it over the braised beef and serve.
