Dish Name : Balsamic reduction

Ingredients for 150 ml

Qty Unit Description
0.5 Lt Balsamic vinegar
0.25 Lt Red wine
0.03 KG Grain Sugar

Method:

  • In a pan add all the three ingredients and heat
  • Keep boiling till it reduces to a surupy glaze.
  • Store in squeeze bottle for easy dispensing.
