0.1 Lt White wine vinegar
0.3 Lt Veal Jus
0.01 KG Salt
0.005 KG Pepper

Method:

  • In a pan take the apricot jam, white wine vinegar and veal jus.
  • Heat this mixture to mix the three and bring it to a boil.
  • Take it off the flame and add in the butter.
  • Stir well till the sauce has a smooth consistency and appearance.
  • Add the salt and pepper
