0.250 KG Egg whites
0.200 KG Sugar
0.070 KG flour
0.050 KG Corn flour
0.002 KG Vanilla pods

Method

  • Whisk egg whites with sugar until thick meringue is obtained
  • Sift flour and corn flour and fold into the meringue. Add scrapping of vanilla bean
  • Pour the mixture into greased or lined molds and bake at 200° C.
